By accessing or using the CREO Kids platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy and Child Safety Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Our services involve minors. Only a parent or legal guardian (18 years or older) may register a child, upload media, book events or accept these terms. The parent or guardian is responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted and for supervising the child's participation.

• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.
• You are responsible for keeping any login details confidential.
• We may decline, suspend or remove any registration that breaches these terms or our safety standards.

• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading or inappropriate content.
• Do not upload media of any child without being their parent or legal guardian.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Do not use the platform to harass, exploit or endanger any child.

The CREO Kids name, logo, website design, text and graphics are owned by CREO Kids and may not be copied without permission. When you upload a child's media, you confirm you have the right to do so and you grant CREO Kids a non-exclusive licence to display, promote and showcase that media across our website, events and social channels for talent promotion. You may withdraw this licence by requesting removal; we will stop future use within a reasonable period.

• Event tickets are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at events unless we state otherwise in writing.
• Payments, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep information accurate and the service reliable, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, opportunities, audience growth or brand collaborations for any child.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CREO Kids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) for the relevant service.

You agree to indemnify and hold CREO Kids harmless from any claims or losses arising from your breach of these terms, your content, or your misuse of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
